Your career has a system. Your health should have one too.
Executive 1-on-1 coaching and corporate wellness sessions built for the people carrying the most decisions and the least free time.
The gap is structure, not intent
Senior people are rarely uninformed about their health. They know what a good week looks like. What they do not have is a system that survives a bad one — a quarter close, a three-city trip, a run of client dinners, a stretch of five-hour nights.
Every other part of a leader's work has structure behind it: someone owns the plan, someone reviews it, someone flags the drift early. Health is usually the single area running on willpower alone, which is why it is the first thing to go when the quarter gets heavy — and why blood sugar, weight and energy tend to move quietly in the wrong direction across a senior team without anyone noticing until a health check does.
Executive 1-on-1 coaching
A private engagement for a founder, C-suite member, director or VP. Same coaching system as the individual programme, run at a pace and a level of discretion that suits a senior calendar.
- A metabolic-health-first plan: blood sugar stability, energy and body composition
- Nutrition designed around client dinners, airport food and hotel weeks
- Short check-ins on WhatsApp rather than standing calls that get moved
- Travel and quarter-close versions of the plan, prepared before you need them
- A named maintenance phase once the goal is reached, so the result survives the next busy year
- Complete confidentiality — nothing is published, named or used as marketing
Corporate wellness workshops
Sessions for a leadership team, a department or a whole office — delivered online, or in person where it makes sense. Content is practical and India-specific: real thalis, real canteens, real travel patterns.
- Metabolic health for professionals — what blood sugar, energy and waist circumference are telling your team, in plain language
- Eating well on a working day — canteen, delivery, client lunch and late dinner, handled without a diet
- Sleep, stress and the working week — how both change what the same food does
- Cohort programmes — a leadership group coached together over several weeks, with individual plans inside a shared structure
- Q&A and follow-up — an open session after the workshop, so people act on it rather than file it
This is lifestyle and nutrition coaching, not an occupational health or medical service. Nothing here diagnoses, treats or manages a condition, no individual health information is reported back to an employer, and employees managing a condition should stay under their own doctor's care.
How an engagement runs
- Discovery call — 30 minutes to understand who this is for, what the working week actually looks like, and what you want it to change
- Scope and proposal — format, cadence, duration and cost, written down before anything starts
- Delivery — coaching or sessions run to that scope, with a single point of contact throughout
- Review — an honest read on participation and what changed, and a recommendation on whether to continue
