If You Have Tried Before

Why the Last Three Programmes Did Not Hold

It was almost certainly not your willpower.

The Real Reasons Generic Plans Fail

If several attempts have not worked, the pattern is worth taking seriously — but the conclusion most people draw from it is the wrong one. You are not undisciplined; you have run a career on discipline. What you were given was a plan with no way to survive contact with your actual week.

What We Do Differently

Tracking how your energy, waist and general steadiness respond is coaching, not clinical monitoring. Blood sugar and any other blood marker are your doctor's to order, read and act on — we work with what you bring back from them.

Coach RKD lost 18 kg himself and has kept it off, and has coached privately since. He is not selling a shortcut — he is selling the thing that worked when the shortcuts did not.

The Part Almost Every Programme Leaves Out

Look back at the plans that failed you and one thing is usually common to all of them: they ended at the goal. There was a target weight, a finish line, and then nothing — no new calorie target, no new structure, no coach. Which is precisely the moment the weight starts coming back.

Here, maintenance is a named phase of the programme with its own targets, its own thali and its own check-in rhythm. Reaching your goal is a handover to the next phase, not the end of the support. That single difference is the one most likely to change how this attempt ends.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from the last three plans I paid for?

Those were almost certainly the same plan for everyone who bought them. This one starts with an assessment of your body, gets adjusted weekly, and has a human being who notices when it stops working.

I always lose weight and put it back on. Will this be different?

That rebound is usually caused by the deficit being too aggressive to hold. Our targets are deliberately more moderate and floored for safety, which is slower on paper and considerably more durable in practice.
