Getting Started

Getting Started Without Adding More to Your Plate

No jargon, no judgment — and nothing new to schedule.

You Do Not Need to Get Fit First

A surprising number of accomplished people wait until they are "ready" before starting — fitter, lighter, past this quarter. That week does not arrive. Starting from wherever you are today is not a compromise; it is the only way anyone has ever started.

You do not need a gym membership, equipment, or any idea what a macro is. You are not behind, and you are not being asked to become a fitness person. Those are things you can learn later, if you ever want to.

Nothing New in Your Calendar

The reason most first attempts collapse is not difficulty. It is volume — a new plan arrives as six new things to remember, on top of a week that was already full. So we start with two, and the coach carries the rest.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have never exercised in my life. Where do I start?

With walking and two nutrition habits. That is genuinely it for the first week. We add movement once the basics are holding, not before.

What if I fall off the plan?

You will, at some point — everyone does, including your coach. It is built into the process. What matters is the next meal, not the last one, and nobody here is going to make you feel bad about it.

I am successful at work but have never managed this. Why would it be different now?

Because the missing piece was never capability. It was structure and accountability applied to health, which is the one area of your life that has probably never had a system behind it. That is the part the coaching supplies.
