• The coaching program has not yet started.
• No diet plan, consultation, coaching session, or digital material has been delivered.

Non-Refundable Services

No refund will be provided once:

• Personalized diet plans have been shared.
• Coaching support has started.
• Digital products, PDFs, meal plans, or program materials have been delivered.
• Any consultation session has been completed.

Cancellation

Users may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting our support team.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
